Their customer service is great, the office is 50 minutes away and I can pretty much do whatever I need online or by fax.
My premium with Erie is less expensive than other insurance companies in the area for my neighborhood. The deductible is standard.

I use Geico for my insurance. I have full coverage and am generally satisfied with it. The only issue I have had is a high deductible for things like broke glass.
I use an independent agent and feel that I get regularly comparisons at different insurance companies so my coverage and rates are good.
The premium is pretty reasonable in comparison to other carriers, i am able to afford the monthly payment and the customer service is above average.
I switched from liberty which offered less coverage for more money than progressive when I relocated. I have a more basic package but it does the job.
Honestly, there really isn't anything about the company that I don't like. I have yet to run across an issue with them and I have been customers of theirs for 8 years now. They are friendly, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile.
